Three soldiers killed in Halan, Kulgram district of Kashmir, during a search operation that turned into an encounter with the terrorists on Friday evening, says the Indian Army.
The police and the army joined hands and zeroed in on the terrorists, and that triggered heavy firing from the other side. The forces fired in retaliation, and three soldiers were killed in the crossfire.
